Dust removal effect of filter bag of dust collector and main factors to improve service life

The filter bag of dust collector is the heart of bag filter during operation. Usually, the cylindrical pulse filter bag is vertically suspended in the dust collector, and the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet. The dust-removing filter bag is an effective dust-removing filter bag, which has good ventilation performance, high dust-removing efficiency, acid resistance, alkali resistance and heat resistance to a certain extent. In the knitting process, multilateral napping is adopted, which improves the fabric thickness, is elastic and has a very good dust-removing effect, and the dust-removing rate can reach 99.99%.

The dust-removing filter bag is made of polyester staple fiber, and its service life is generally 4-6 times that of glass fiber fabric. It has good air permeability, high dust collection rate, dust removal capacity and dust removal efficiency up to 98.99. The filter bag and frame of dust remover are the main parts of the filtering part, and their structure, material surface quality and matching clearance are the main factors to ensure the filtering accuracy, dust removal effect and prolong the service life.


The filter materials are divided into three structures: two-dimensional filter materials, three-dimensional filter materials and film-coated filter materials. Two-dimensional filter materials are woven fabrics of warp and weft yarns crossing planes, which have high porosity and high dust penetration rate. The primary dust layer formed on the windward side of the filter materials is retained in the dust filtration process and plays a major filtering role, such as "729", "208" and fiberglass cloth.


Glass fiber cloth can be treated with silicone oil, graphite or Teflon, which can improve the wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance such as acid and alkali. Three-dimensional filter material: the loosely arranged fibers are penetrated into woven fabric to form a spatially crossed and dense fiber layer. When the filter material works with load, the dust stays inside the filter material, forming a dust-containing gradient, which is in a balanced state, and the dust and the filter material are cross-combined into a whole. Together, they play a filtering role. The dust layer blocked on the surface of filter material must be completely removed during dust removal. After singeing, calendering, coating, dipping and other treatments, the surface of filter material has waterproof and oil-proof properties, and can improve the filtration efficiency and dust removal effect.
