Usually, the dust bag is gradually worn out, and the primary cause of wear is the grinding force of dust, the deterioration of filter materials and the corrosion of chemical substances caused by high temperature. When the grinding force of dust is strong, the bottom of the bag is most severely worn out, and the addition of system capacity leads to the increase of filtration speed.

Generally speaking, the dust bag will gradually wear out during use, and the main causes of wear are dust, deterioration of filter materials and chemical corrosion caused by high temperature. When the dust accumulates to a certain extent, the bottom of the dust bag will be particularly worn out.

First of all, the bag filter must not work with a broken bag, otherwise it will speed up the scrapping of the filter. When a single cloth bag is slightly damaged, it can still be repaired with the old cloth bag for continuous use, and the hole repair should be adhered with silicone rubber mixture.

When most of the dust bag is damaged, it should be replaced completely, and the replacement should be carried out when the dust collector stops working. Close the dust removal controller first, open the manhole door at the top to open the bag, take out the bag cage first, then pinch the spring ring at the upper mouth of the bag into a concave shape, and pull out the bag upwards. Before installing the new bag, clean up the dust on the flower board hole.

Bagging is the most important part of all links. When placing, be sure not to bump or scratch with sharp objects. Even small scratches will greatly shorten the life of the bag. First, put the dust-removing bag into the bag chamber from the flower plate hole of the box body, then knead the spring ring at the upper part of the bag mouth into a concave shape, put it into the flower plate hole of the box body, restore the spring ring, make it tightly press on the circumference of the flower hole, and finally gently stab the bag cage into the bag mouth until the protective cover at the upper part of the bag cage is pressed against the flower plate hole in the box body and stopped. To ensure safety, you must install one before installing the next one.

If the dust collector can't stop working when replacing the cloth bag, separate each room from the off-line barrier, and then replace the cloth bag in different rooms. The room for changing the bag should be in a closed condition with the booster valve not working. When disassembling the cloth bag, there will be a small amount of negative pressure at the mouth of the bag, so be careful not to drop the bag into the ash hopper.
