Dust removal bags need many processes from raw materials to finished products, and each process needs to be strictly controlled. If there are quality problems in the filter bags, the raw materials, the diameter of the bag mouth, the length of the bag mouth, the spring ring of the bag mouth, and the sewing thread often appear.

If the length of bag is too long, the lower part of filter bag will be worn, especially within 100㎜ from the bottom of bag, mainly because the length of dust removal filter bag exceeds the length of bag cage by more than 30㎜, and the shrinkage of filter bag during filtration is too large, and the bottom of filter bag will rub against the bottom of bag cage and wear the bag eventually. Most of the damage marks are from inside to outside, and they are damaged at the folds at the lower part of the bag.

Bag spring ring is related to important links such as sealing and load bearing of filter bags. Spring leaf fracture mostly occurs in improper storage of dust bag, or spring leaf is too hard and brittle. The former is due to customers, while the latter is due to suppliers. If the spring is too soft, there is no problem as long as it does not affect the installation of the filter bag. If it cannot be installed, it should be replaced by the filter bag manufacturer.
