The ash-attached layer is not only greatly thickened than before, that is, the dust capacity increases, but also the resistance increases slowly and stably.

The fluid resistance of filter cloth with dust is related to the filtration speed, the properties of smoke and filter cloth, the intensity of purification process, the duration of working cycle and the content of fine dust in flue gas. When the resistance of filter cloth increases to a certain extent, the efficiency will not increase. Because when the resistance increases, the amount of smoke passing through the place where the filter cloth is weak also increases.
