The filter cloth should be selected according to the granularity, density, chemical composition and filtration process conditions of slurry. The strength, elongation, permeability and thickness of filter cloth are different due to the different weaving materials and methods, which affects the filtering effect.

① Monofilament filter cloth: The filter cloth with smooth surface and excellent dewatering property ensures the easy stripping and easy regeneration of filter cake, and is suitable for filter press, leaf filter and all continuous filtering equipment.

② Multi-filament filter cloth: It is suitable for filtering and separating very fine particles. Its wear resistance is called bad monofilament filtration, and it is mainly used in filter presses, centrifuges, drum machines, etc.

③ Double-layer filter cloth: This high-strength filter cloth with good drainage function is specially designed for vacuum belt filter, vacuum drum filter and centrifuge, and has excellent dewatering performance.

④ Non-woven filter cloth: It is suitable for fine particle filtration and flue gas dust removal in ceramics and other industries.

⑤ Industrial filter belt: It is suitable for gypsum dehydration, sewage treatment, starch sugar filtration, pharmacy, brewing, food and beverage and other industries in power plants.
