Detailed introduction:

Working condition characteristics of titanium alloy:

The flue gas temperature is high, the fluctuation is large, and the working conditions are unstable;

The smoke and dust are light and fine, and 90% of the ferrosilicon dust particles are larger than 1 μ m in diameter;

Dust is sticky and easy to paste bags;

It is required that the filter materials have corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and good dust removal performance.

In a broad sense, titanium alloy refers to the intermediate alloy composed of deoxidizer, element additive and other elements in steelmaking, which is mainly used for iron and steel smelting. In the iron and steel industry, all intermediate alloys used in steel making, whether containing iron or not (such as Si-Ca alloy), are generally called "ferroalloys". Dust removal filter bag is the heart of bag filter during operation. Usually, cylindrical pulse filter bag is vertically suspended in the filter. Dust-containing gas enters the filter from the air inlet and passes through the deflector of the ash hopper, so that some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial force and directly fall into the ash hopper. Dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filtering area of the box body, and most of the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, while clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag and prevent the filter bag from collapsing. At the same time, it is helpful to remove and redistribute the dust cake.


Commonly used materials are divided into the following eight types:


1. Acrylic dust bag

Acrylic needled felt, chemical name is polyacrylonitrile, which is used as raw material to make felt by needling. After special water repellent treatment, acrylic medium temperature hydrolysis resistant needled filter felt is obtained. The air permeability is 14m3/m2 min @ 200pa, the instantaneous working temperature is 140℃, and the normal working temperature is 120℃. Needle felt uses acrylic woven fabric as base cloth to enhance its vertical and horizontal strength. It has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and is widely used in dust collection of flue gas such as asphalt, dryer, coal mill and sintering machine in power plant.


2. PPS dust bag

PPS needled felt is a kind of filter material made of PPS fiber (polyphenylene sulfide) through three-dimensional needling, which can be used for a long time at about 160℃. PPS fiber is also called polyphenylene sulfide fiber. Because of its special molecular structure, it has good chemical stability and strength integrity, especially in flue gas environment with high sulfur content, and is suitable for flue gas filtration environment with high acidity such as coal-fired boiler, electric power and waste incineration.


3. Aramid cloth bag

Aramid (common name: aromatic polyamide fiber), with long-term temperature resistance of 204℃, instantaneous temperature resistance of 240℃, strong alkali resistance and moderate acid resistance, is a good material for treating high temperature gases at 180~220℃. Aramid needle filter material, widely used in steel, cement, electric power, chemical industry and other industries, is an ideal filter material for flue gas dust removal.


4. P84 high-temperature dust-proof cloth bag

P84 needled felt is made by three-dimensional needling of P84 fiber. P84 fiber (i.e., polyimide fiber) has good high temperature resistance, which can resist high temperature up to 260℃, and the cross section of P84 fiber is in irregular leaf shape, which can greatly improve the filtration effect. The fiber itself has certain hydrolysis resistance and oxidation resistance. The product has good temperature resistance and filtration effect, and is widely used in complex working conditions such as concrete mixing, cement, garbage incineration and coal-fired boilers.


5. PTFE dust bag

PTFE needle felt is a kind of filter material made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene fiber) through three-dimensional needle punching. PTFE fiber is a macromolecular linear structure, so it has strong temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and chemical stability, and is widely used in various harsh smoke filtration environments such as steel, electric power and garbage incineration.


6. Glass fiber filter bag

The filter material is a high temperature resistant filter material with reasonable structure and good performance. It not only has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, extremely small elongation and shrinkage rate and high strength of glass fiber woven fabric, but also has the advantages of single fiber, three-dimensional microporous structure, high porosity and low resistance to gas filtration, and is a high-speed and efficient high-temperature filtration material. Compared with other high temperature resistant chemical fiber felts, it has the special advantages of low price, low running resistance, high filtration precision, higher temperature resistance and so on. It is suitable for high temperature flue gas filtration in industries such as iron and steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement and chemical industry.


7. Covered cloth bag

The above filter bags made of various materials can provide corresponding coated filter bags. The PTFE microporous membrane can effectively filter out the dust with the particle size of 2.5um, which is the preferred solution to PM2.5 and an important way to ensure the emission concentration under 10mg/Nm3 under various working conditions. Our company cooperated with well-known PTFE microporous membrane manufacturers in China, and selected high permeability and low resistance 3D microporous membrane to develop and produce coated filter bags of various materials, which can meet the ultra-clean emission of customers.


8, anti-static dust bag

The filter cloths for antistatic dust collection bags are all made of antistatic polyester needled felt, which has excellent antistatic performance. They are used in industries that may explode in case of electrostatic discharge, such as surface dust, chemical dust, coal dust, etc., and are the best choice for explosion-proof dust collection at present.


When the concentration of industrial dust reaches a certain level (that is, explosion limit), it will easily lead to explosion and fire in case of electrostatic discharge sparks or external ignition. For example, surface dust, chemical dust and coal dust may explode in case of electrostatic discharge. In the field of bag dust removal, if these dusts need to be collected by cloth bags, it is required that the filter materials of the needled felt antistatic dust collector have antistatic properties. Our company absorbed and digested foreign technology, and developed and produced antistatic needled filter felt according to the needs of domestic blast furnace gas and coal mill dust collection and other industries.
