PPS needle felt dust filter bag has the following characteristics:

1. The continuous working temperature can reach 160℃ and the instantaneous temperature is 232℃.

2. Excellent hydrolysis resistance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance, with PH value ranging from 1 to 14.

3. It can be used under the working condition that the oxygen content is lower than 16% (but the temperature should be controlled in an appropriate range).

4. The filtering wind speed can be selected from 1-1.5m/min, thus reducing the equipment volume and cost.

5. It has been proved that it is a fiber with strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.
