PTFE filter bag is a unique filter bag made of materials, which can resist acid and alkali erosion in all PH ranges under the continuous operation temperature of 240℃ and instantaneous temperature of 260℃. PTFE filter bag has good self-wetting performance, does not absorb moisture, and can bear ultraviolet radiation. However, the wear resistance of PTFE fiber filter media is average, so the filter bag frame has strict requirements (smoothness). PTFE filter bag is suitable for severe conditions requiring corrosion resistance and high service life of filter materials.

PTFE filter bags can be used for flue gas treatment in coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, carbon black production, titanium dioxide production, etc. They are also used in the primary smelting, refining and chemical production of some metals.
