The PTFE filter bag (gluing) uses German automatic sewing thread for eye gluing, which integrates sewing and gluing. Compared with manual drawing and gluing, it is more high-end and beautiful, and it also avoids the phenomenon of filter bag dropping and uneven gluing, ensuring the ultra-low emission requirement of 10 mg. The expansion ring of the filter bag is made of stainless steel, and the inner ring is pasted with pure PTFE cloth.

PTFE filter bag is resistant to high temperature and acid and alkali corrosion in the whole PH range of glass furnace. The mouth of the bag is sewed by lock stitch sewing machine, because the mouth of the bag only needs tight sewing without good elasticity. Unlike the bottom of the bag, the mouth of the bag needs a certain strength to bear the weight of the whole bag.

The bottom of the bag is sewn with a cross-lock stitch sewing machine, which has the advantage of tight sewing up and down. The bottom of the bag does not need good elasticity, only need to ensure tight sewing.
