Start-up when it is lower than dew point: restart when there is condensed water on the filter bag surface after the dust collector stops, so a large amount of dusty air and high humidity will lead to muddy filter bag surface; To prevent this situation, the dust-laden air at the inlet of the dust collector should be preheated, or the dust layer should be pre-coated.

③ Start the machine below dew point

When the dust collector runs below the dew point, it is easy to cause problems. If the intake air is unevenly distributed, it is easy to cause corrosion of the dust collector shell. Therefore, it should be avoided that the dust collector works below the dew point, and devices with thermal insulation should be used.

④ air infiltration

Air infiltration often occurs in the flange, access door or moving device of the dust collector. If the seal is not strict, the external air will enter the dust collector, and when the high-temperature waste gas is treated, a low-temperature zone will be generated inside the dust collector, resulting in condensation at the low temperature, which will corrode the dust collector and cause the dust removal filter bag to get damp.
