The filter bag is an integral part of the filter, which undertakes the filtering work. As a common filter material, the application of the filter bag has applicability, and there are many materials for making the filter bag, which are generally made of non-woven fabrics, chemical fibers and glass fibers, with soft quality and large filtration capacity, and are suitable for filtration. PTFE filter bags are used in water treatment and gas filtration.

(1) Replace aging filter bags. According to the different environments of application places, the filter bags may show peroxide reaction leading to structural aging. Generally, the high temperature leads to the reduction of fiber hardening and structural aging of the filter bags, or they may suffer from erosion in acid-base environment for a long time, resulting in the destruction of fiber tissue, which reduces the filtration precision and power of pleated filter bags.

For this matter, we should immediately replace the aging filter bag. The physical structural flexibility of the aging filter bag has been damaged, which easily leads to damage under pressure, and then destroys the filtering work and reduces the filtering power.

② The inside of the filter bag is blocked. After the filtration work at the previous moment, the filter bag is simply accumulated with dust. The key filter bag is that gas passes through the filter bag. Both the filter dust accumulation and the dust removal deposition under wrong working conditions will block the filter bag's hole mesh, resulting in unsmooth passage. At this time, the material resistance will increase sharply. The simple filter bag may be torn and the pollution may overflow the filter bag under pressure, resulting in failure filtration and pollution.

Common materials of industrial liquid filter bags are polypropylene cloth PP, cotton PA, viscose fiber, nylon, polyester PET, ethylene HDPE, chlorine PVC, ethylene PE, PTFE, etc.

(4) The labels indicating product specifications and models on industrial liquid filter bags are easy to remove and replace, in order to better avoid the pollution of leachate caused by labels and printing inks in the application of filter bags.
