With the development of our country, industrialization is an inevitable process for our country. China has struggled for industrialization for more than half a century. Among a series of problems accompanying the development of industrialization, environmental pollution can not be ignored. With the increasingly strict prevention and control of air pollution in China, the dust filter bag in dust removal technology has gradually become the key equipment for dust control in various industries, especially for flue gas control in industrial furnaces and kilns. The following is a comparison between the use of dust filter bags in the north and the south shared by Xiaobian.

The filter material of dust filter bag and the processing technology of bag make the key condition to determine the efficiency of bag filter. Although the cost of bag is not high, the replacement cost of filter bag accounts for the main cost of bag filter, so the running state of bag is related to the service life and cost. The structural type of dust filter bag is introduced as follows:

1. According to the shape of filter bags, they are divided into flat bags (trapezoidal and flat) and hole bags (cylindrical).

2. According to the air inlet and outlet modes, it can be divided into: downward air inlet, upward air outlet, long air inlet and downward air outlet, and direct-flow type (only for plate-shaped flat bags).

3. According to the purification mode of the bag, it can be divided into external filtration type and internal filtration type. The filter materials used by dust filter bag manufacturers include cotton fiber, wool fiber, synthetic fiber, glass fiber, etc. The filter materials woven with different pleated dust filter bags have different functions. Commonly used filter materials are 208 or 901 polyester flannelette, glass fiber filter bags treated with silicone rosin at a temperature of not more than 120℃, and dusty gas with a temperature of not more than 250℃, which is not corrosive when cotton wool fabrics are commonly used, and the temperature is below 80-90℃.

In terms of climate, the south is dominated by subtropical monsoon climate, while the north is dominated by temperate continental climate and temperate monsoon climate. In subtropical monsoon climate zone, the temperature is generally above 0℃ in winter, 35℃ in summer, and the annual precipitation is generally above 800-1000mm, which belongs to humid zone. In temperate continental climate zone, due to the hot Leng Xia in winter, the annual temperature difference is large, and the temperature in winter is as low as -70℃. In summer, the average temperature in July in the south reaches 26-27℃, in the north approaches 20℃, the temperature can reach as high as 50℃, in annual range reaches 62.3℃, and the average annual precipitation is less than 500mm. Temperate monsoon climate zone has smaller temperature difference and more precipitation than temperate continental climate zone, but on the whole, there is still larger temperature difference and less precipitation.

In use, dust removal filter bags should be prevented from cooling to below dew point in the bag room. If the temperature of gas in the bag room is lower than dew point, the filter bags will get damp, causing dust to stick to the filter bags rather than loose, blocking the fabric eyelet, causing dust removal failure, causing excessive pressure drop of dust removal filter bags, resulting in poor operation efficiency, and some even causing paste bags to be unable to continue running. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of heat preservation of dust filter bags, which is particularly important in the case of huge temperature difference in northern winter, and even need to use electric heating when necessary. The climate in the south is mainly characterized by abundant precipitation, so more attention should be paid to leakage prevention and moisture prevention when making dust removal filter bags, and attention should also be paid to maintenance and repair in these two aspects in the later period.
